The largest are Okres Prešov (174,286), Okres Poprad (104,711), and Okres Vranov nad Topľou (80,607). It lies 4.6 km south of Hertník. Its nearest neighbours are Hertník (4.6 km), Kľušov (8.8 km), and Sabinov (13 km).
