How it all connects
Nothing here is a separate business — each stage strengthens the next.
One purpose. Many reinforcing businesses.
Whether you listen to a song, share a story, wear the merchandise, attend a concert, translate lyrics, recommend a country, or simply tell a friend — you become part of something designed to last for generations.
Everyone can participate. No contribution is too small.

This Privacy Policy covers TimTim.Live (timtim.live), the official website of recording artist Pierre-Richard Augustin, professionally known as TimTim.Live.
It does not cover app.timtim.live — a separate, independently operated platform exclusively for independent artists, musicians, and DJs worldwide. app.timtim.live maintains its own privacy policy; nothing in this document applies to it.
When you use a form on this site — joining the fan community, applying to become an Ambassador, subscribing for updates, submitting a booking or festival inquiry, or telling us why a song matters to you — we collect what you enter: first name, email address, country, city, language, your interests, and any note you write.
When you follow a link shared by an Ambassador (e.g. /a/<code>), we set a small referral cookie (ttl_ref) so we can credit whoever introduced you, and so that person's contact record reflects the introduction.
We do not currently collect payment information anywhere on timtim.live — there is no checkout in place yet.
To send you the updates you asked for (new songs, country stories, ambassador opportunities, tour dates, merchandise drops).
To respond to booking, festival, media, and partnership inquiries.
To understand which Ambassador or friend introduced you to the music, so we can recognize their contribution.
To improve the site and the songs, stories, and countries we build next.
We do not sell your information to anyone.
We use a small number of cookies: a referral-attribution cookie (ttl_ref) and a language/locale preference cookie, both used to make the site work the way you'd expect — not to track you across other websites.
We do not currently run third-party advertising or analytics trackers. If that changes, we'll update this policy first.
Community, ambassador, and booking form submissions are stored in a database (MongoDB) that only TimTim.Live's team can access.
Song playback is delivered through the official TimTim.Live catalog player. It plays only releases that TimTim.Live has approved for publication.
Share and invite links open Facebook, X, WhatsApp, Telegram, or your email app directly — we don't see what happens on those platforms.
If single sign-on is ever enabled across the TimTim.Live ecosystem, basic account details (like your name and email) may be shared between timtim.live and app.timtim.live so you don't have to sign in twice — this section will be updated with specifics before that goes live.
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information you share with us. No online system is 100% secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.
You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at any time — just email privacy@timtim.live.
Every email update we send includes a way to unsubscribe.
TimTim.Live is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we'll remove it.
TimTim.Live is based in the United States, and information you provide may be stored and processed in the United States.
We may update this policy as the site grows. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the latest version.
