How it all connects
Nothing here is a separate business — each stage strengthens the next.
One purpose. Many reinforcing businesses.
Whether you listen to a song, share a story, wear the merchandise, attend a concert, translate lyrics, recommend a country, or simply tell a friend — you become part of something designed to last for generations.
Everyone can participate. No contribution is too small.

By using TimTim.Live (timtim.live), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
TimTim.Live is the official, exclusive artist website of Pierre-Richard Augustin, professionally known as TimTim.Live. It is not a marketplace or platform for other artists.
Independent artists, musicians, and DJs looking for their own platform should visit app.timtim.live — a separate, independently operated platform exclusively for independent artists, musicians, and DJs worldwide. Music and content on app.timtim.live belong to those independent creators, not to TimTim.Live, and app.timtim.live has its own terms of use.
Every song on TimTim.Live is offered as a gift. Instead of a purchase, we ask you to pay it forward in one simple way you choose — sharing the song, inviting a friend, joining the community, subscribing for updates, applying to become an Ambassador, or telling us why the song matters to you.
This is an honor system: we trust you to follow through, and we don't currently verify these actions with a server-side check. We may change, limit, or discontinue this model, or any specific pay-it-forward option, at any time.
Musical postcards work the same way: anyone can create a private link with a song and a personal dedication and send it to one person. We don't collect the recipient's email or phone number — sharing happens through your own device or messaging apps. A postcard's dedication and any reply are stored so the gift and its reply can be shown on the page; we don't use them for anything else, and either side can report a postcard that's abusive or unwanted.
You can browse and listen without creating an account. Forms (community, ambassador, booking, and similar) ask you to provide accurate information about yourself.
TimTim.Live is intended for a general audience. If you're under 13, please use the site with a parent or guardian.
The music, lyrics, recordings, artwork, photos, stories, and the TimTim.Live name and logo are owned by Pierre-Richard Augustin (or his licensors) and are protected by copyright and trademark law.
Unlocking a free song, or receiving it as a musical postcard, gives you a personal, non-commercial license to listen to and enjoy it — it isn't a transfer of copyright, and it doesn't give you the right to resell, re-license, sync, broadcast, download and redistribute, or otherwise commercially exploit the recording without written permission. See /music-rights for the specific, current answer on downloading, video use, and other common questions.
If you submit a note, testimonial, fan-cover link, dedication, or other content through a form on this site, you confirm it's yours to share, and you give TimTim.Live a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and use it on the site and in promotional materials (for example, a quote on a song page). This is about content you send us — it has nothing to do with the songs themselves, which stay governed by the license above and by /music-rights.
This site links out to third-party platforms — social media (Facebook, X, WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) and others. We aren't responsible for the content, terms, or privacy practices of those third-party services.
The Ambassador program and any referral recognition (badges, standings, or similar) are informal and provided at TimTim.Live's discretion. Unless we've separately agreed to specific compensation in writing, participation doesn't entitle you to payment, guaranteed placement, or any particular reward, and we may modify or discontinue the program at any time.
All merchandise offered on timtim.live is developed exclusively for TimTim.Live — this site is not a multi-artist marketplace.
Merchandise pages and booking/festival forms on this site are currently inquiry- and interest-based — submitting one doesn't create a confirmed purchase or a confirmed booking. Any actual sale or event booking is only final once we've separately agreed on the details in writing.
TimTim.Live is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TimTim.Live and Pierre-Richard Augustin won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.
These terms are governed by the laws of the District of Columbia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We may update these terms as the site grows. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the latest version. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
