Pola is a town in Oriental Mindoro, Mimaropa, Philippines. It has a population of about 35,771, an area of 159 km², and an elevation of 70 m. It is on Philippine Standard Time. It lies 11 km north of Pinamalayan. Its nearest neighbours are Maluanluan (5.6 km), Saaban (8 km), and Socorro (9.7 km). It was established in 1918.
