Central Aimak is a region in Mongolia. It has a population of about 90,421 and an area of 74,042 km². It is on Ulaanbaatar Standard Time. It contains 33 districts and 27 towns with a combined population of about 37,361. The largest are Dzuunmod (16,953), Zuunmod (16,953), and Argalant (1,955). Its nearest neighbours are Ulan Bator (54 km) and Nalayh (66 km). It was established in 1931.
