How this works
As an open community grows, trust matters as much as technology. These are the principles this platform is run on — plain enough that anyone can hold us to them.
Technical decisions are made on evidence, not on who argues loudest or holds the most seniority.
Contributors come from every country and every background. Disagreement is welcome; disrespect isn't.
What's being worked on, what's uncertain, and why a decision was made are all public — not settled behind closed doors.
A proposal, a tested hypothesis, and a proven result are three different things, and the platform never blurs them together.
Real names and real credit for real work — this is the whole reason the open board exists.
A faster or cheaper answer that ignores safety or ethics isn't actually a better answer.
Every contribution moves through the same open lifecycle: an idea, discussion where the community asks questions, expert review, research to gather evidence, a documented recommendation, and finally a decision — published with the reasoning behind it, whether the outcome is acceptance, modification, or rejection. Nothing skips stages, and nothing gets decided in private.
