- Onion, garlic, and bay leaf
- Orange slices and rice, to serve
Steps
- Soak the black beans overnight, then simmer them with bay leaf.
- Brown the pork cuts with onion and garlic, then add to the beans.
- Simmer everything together for a few hours until rich and thick.
