This is a staged operating framework. City availability, service terms, local legal requirements, and the final scope of any booking must be confirmed before service is promised.
The model
TimTim.Live creates the service standard and manages the customer experience. Qualified local professionals deliver the performance.
The customer relationship, booking process, support, quality assurance, ratings, service recovery, and future rebooking experience are designed to remain coordinated through TimTim.Live—subject to locally appropriate contracts, operations, and law.

Honest availability
You can request a DJ. TimTim.Live will work to identify, recruit, or vet suitable local talent before confirming availability.
At least one approved TimTim.Live Certified DJ Partner is currently available for local bookings.
A mature local network is working toward backup coverage, equipment redundancy, practical response times, and dependable service recovery.
A city is not represented as guaranteed simply because one profile exists. The long-term objective is reliable local coverage with qualified backups and practical replacement capability.

Provisional certification can be monitored through the first successful TimTim.Live events before full status is awarded.

Customers should know the professional performing at their event. TimTim.Live sets and stands behind the service standard; a qualified local DJ fulfills the event.
Training completion alone is not certification. Marketplace certification is competency-based and never a product a DJ can simply purchase.
The network uses shared service expectations while respecting local culture, venue practice, music, language, law, and event context.
AI can support translation, administration, consistency checks, and early analysis. Human review remains part of consequential certification, suspension, and appeal decisions.
Trust infrastructure
A future live verification record can show status, location, certification type, validity, specialty badges, and a QR destination for customers and venues. The live record—not a downloaded certificate alone—should be authoritative.
