Delete my data
You can have everything TimTim.Live holds about you deleted. Here is how.
1. Delete everything
Email [email protected] from the address you use on TimTim.Live and write "Delete my data".
We check that the request comes from you, delete what we hold about you, and confirm within 30 days.
2. Disconnect a social account
Sign in, open My Songs → Share a song, go to "Choose who can hear it" and press "Disconnect this account". We stop using it at once and delete its sign-in token.
You can also remove TimTim.Live's access in that company's own settings — for Google, at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.
3. Stop emails only
Every email we send has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. Press it and we stop.
What is deleted
Your account and contact details, your sign-ups, connected social accounts and their tokens, and the songs, files and statements you added.
Records the law requires us to keep, such as receipts for payments, are kept only as long as required.
