The largest are Kabupaten Lampung Tengah (1,500,002), Kota Bandar Lampung (1,209,937), and Kabupaten Lampung Timur (1,127,946). It lies 15 km north-west of Bangunrejo. Its nearest neighbours are Bangunrejo (15 km), Bangunrejo (16 km), and Kotabumi (23 km).
