TimTim.Live is the official artist website of Pierre-Richard Augustin, professionally known as TimTim.Live, and a home for independent artists from anywhere in the world who choose to share their music here.

Independent artists, musicians, and DJs are welcome on TimTim.Live itself — see Share Your Music. Music you submit remains yours: TimTim.Live never takes ownership of it, and display, distribution, licensing and royalty collection are separate permissions you grant individually. app.timtim.live is a separate, independently operated platform with its own terms of use, and nothing in this document applies to it.

Every song on TimTim.Live is offered as a gift. Instead of a purchase, we ask you to pay it forward in one simple way you choose — sharing the song, inviting a friend, joining the community, subscribing for updates, applying to become an Ambassador, or telling us why the song matters to you.

Music shared here by other artists belongs to those artists. Submitting it to TimTim.Live does not transfer ownership of it to us, and what we may do with it is limited to the specific permissions that artist gives — see Share Your Music.

If you submit a note, testimonial, fan-cover link, dedication, or other content through a form on this site, you confirm it's yours to share, and you give TimTim.Live a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and use it on the site and in promotional materials (for example, a quote on a song page). This is about content you send us — it has nothing to do with the songs themselves, which stay governed by the license above and by /music-rights.

The Ambassador program and any referral recognition (badges, standings, or similar) are informal and provided at TimTim.Live's discretion. Unless we've separately agreed to specific compensation in writing, or a Share & Earn reward is offered under section 9, participation doesn't entitle you to payment, guaranteed placement, or any particular reward, and we may modify or discontinue the program at any time.

Some artists and event promoters offer a Share & Earn reward. Where one is offered, the amount (for example, a fixed amount per ticket order, or a percentage of an eligible sale) is shown before you share. The artist or promoter who offers the reward pays it — TimTim.Live does not — and the person who buys through your link does not pay more because you shared it.

You earn a reward only when an eligible purchase is completed through your own TimTim.Live link (or, where the offer says so, by a person you referred to TimTim.Live), within the attribution period shown for that offer, and under that offer's rules (including its dates, spending limit and who may take part). Clicks, views and sign-ups alone do not earn money. Buying through your own link, using another person's account, fake or duplicate accounts, spam, misleading claims, and any attempt to manipulate tracking are not allowed and earn nothing.

Cash payouts are available only to people aged 18 or older, in countries where we offer payouts, and once your Ready balance reaches the minimum shown in your dashboard (currently $50). Payouts are made through our payment partner, Stripe, which collects the identity, bank and tax details it requires; TimTim.Live does not store them. You are responsible for any taxes on what you earn.

When you share a link that can earn you a reward, you must say so — for example, "I may earn a referral reward if you buy through my link." TimTim.Live adds this sentence to the messages it prepares for you; please keep it.

Digital music you buy on TimTim.Live (songs, albums and other downloads) is a final sale once you download it, and we tell you so before you pay. If a file is faulty or never arrives, contact us and we will fix it or refund you. Merchandise is not covered by this rule: it follows the store's own returns policy. Nothing here takes away a right the law where you live gives you.

TimTim.Live is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TimTim.Live and Pierre-Richard Augustin won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.
