Partnerbedingungen

Die Regeln für die Nutzung der TimTim.Live Partner API, in einfachen Worten.

Zuletzt aktualisiert: 7. Oktober 2026

Diese Bedingungen sind auf Englisch geschrieben. Es gilt der englische Text.

1. Who these terms are for

These terms are for anyone who uses the TimTim.Live Partner API. That includes partner keys, the website widget, event feeds, the WordPress plugin, partner buy links and the partner dashboard.

We call you "the partner". We call TimTim.Live "we" or "us".

TimTim.Live is operated by Pierre-Richard Augustin. The site's general Terms of Use (timtim.live/terms) also apply. If the two disagree about partner matters, these partner terms win.

By applying for a partner account, making a key or using the Partner API, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

2. Your account and your keys

Test keys work at once. They only see sample events, and no real money ever moves with them.

Live keys open after a person at TimTim.Live reviews your account. We may say no, or ask you for more information.

Keep your secret keys secret. Use them only on your own servers, never in a web page or an app people can download.

We show a secret key only once. We keep only a scrambled copy, so we cannot show it to you again.

You are responsible for everything done with your keys. If a key may have leaked, switch it off on your dashboard and make a new one.

Each person on your team signs in with their own email. Give each person only the access they need.

3. Showing events

You may show the event information we give you in your website, app or product. That includes names, dates, places, pictures, prices and our buy links.

Use each buy link exactly as we give it. You may add your own sub_id. Do not change anything else in the link.

Keep events up to date. When we tell you an event changed, was cancelled or was withdrawn, update or remove it within 24 hours.

Do not change prices, invent events, or say you sell the tickets yourself. Tickets are sold through TimTim.Live for the organizer.

Do not copy our events into a list for others to use, sell or resell, unless we agree in writing.

Stay within the request limits for your key. Use the API, not automated copying of our web pages.

4. Play fair

No fake clicks, fake accounts, bots or buying through your own links to earn rewards.

No spam, and no ads or messages that could mislead people about an event, an artist or TimTim.Live.

Do not hide that tickets come from TimTim.Live. Do not say that TimTim.Live or an organizer supports you, unless they said so in writing.

If someone on your team is also on an event's organizer team, you cannot earn rewards on that event.

We check orders for signs of fraud. Orders that break these rules earn nothing, and rewards already given for them are taken back.

5. Buyers and their privacy

We never give partners a buyer's name, email address, home address, phone number or card details.

Never ask buyers for card details for a TimTim.Live ticket. Payment always happens on the TimTim.Live checkout, run on the organizer's own payment account.

You may send us a buyer's name and email to start an order. Send only what the buyer agreed to share for that order. We use it only to deliver their tickets and help them.

You must follow the privacy laws that apply to you. Privacy questions go to [email protected].

6. Rewards and money

Joining and using the Partner API is free. There is no monthly fee.

Rewards are not switched on yet. When they are, each event says what it pays. An organizer chooses and pays for its own event's reward.

A reward is earned only for a real, paid ticket order that came through your buy link or your order. The event's rules at the time of the order apply.

A reward is ready one week after the event, and never sooner than 30 days after the sale. This wait lets refunds finish first.

If a ticket is refunded, its reward goes down by the same share, or away completely. A disputed payment freezes its reward while TimTim.Live looks into it.

Rewards are paid to the payout account you set up, or under the monthly statement terms we agree with your company. Small amounts may wait until they reach the minimum.

You are responsible for your own taxes on what you earn.

7. Extra features for some partners

Some features are switched on one account at a time. They are card-linked offers, selling in your own app, a branded checkout page and bulk feeds.

We switch them on after a review. We may switch them off again if they are misused or no longer fit your account.

8. Our service

We work hard to keep the Partner API running, and we publish what we measure at timtim.live/partners/status. Those are measurements, not a promise.

We do not offer a service-level guarantee yet. The service is provided "as is".

Version 1 only grows. We add new things. We do not remove or rename what is already there. If that ever has to change, we will tell you first.

We may update, limit or stop parts of the service. When a change affects you, we will say so on the docs page first.

9. Names and logos

You may use the name "TimTim.Live" to say that events and tickets come from TimTim.Live. Write it exactly like that, in every language.

Do not change our name or logo, or use them in a way that suggests we own or run your product.

Artists' and organizers' names, pictures and events belong to them. Show them only as part of the events we give you.

10. Stopping and suspension

You can stop at any time. Switch off your keys on your dashboard. People who click your old buy links still reach the event.

We may limit, suspend or close a partner account that breaks these terms, puts buyers or organizers at risk, or stays unused. When we suspend or close an account, its live keys stop working at once.

If an account ends, rewards earned honestly before that stay yours and are paid under section 6. Rewards from orders that broke these terms are cancelled.

When you stop, remove our events from your product within 30 days, except where people can already see they are past.

You can download your events and your earnings as files while your account is open.

11. Limits of responsibility

As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential losses from using the Partner API. That includes lost profits.

As far as the law allows, our total responsibility to you has a limit. It is the rewards we paid you in the 12 months before the claim, or 100 US dollars if that is more.

You are responsible for your own product. You are also responsible for claims that come from using our events, links or keys against these terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the District of Columbia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

13. Language

These terms are written in English. If a translation ever disagrees with the English text, the English text is the one that counts.

14. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms as the Partner API grows. The date at the top always shows the latest version.

For changes that matter to partners, we will also say so on the docs page. Using the Partner API after a change means you accept the new terms.

15. Contact

Questions about these terms? Email [email protected]. Privacy questions go to [email protected].
