Born in Les Cayes, Haiti, and arriving in the United States at the age of twelve, my life has been shaped by people, places, cultures, and opportunities across the world.
Haiti gave me my roots. America helped shape my future. And throughout my journey, the world has given me friendships, opportunities, lessons, memories, and dreams that continue to influence who I am today.
Through International Week of Gratitude, I want to return to the communities and people who became meaningful chapters in that journey—not to ask for anything, but simply to give something back.
With my signature White Guitar and the music of TimTim.Live Konpa, I hope to visit these places with one simple message:

But the vision extends far beyond my personal story.
My hope is for International Week of Gratitude to grow into an annual global tradition—one week each year when cities, communities, businesses, families, and individuals pause to recognize the people who helped shape their stories.
What begins as one person’s journey of gratitude can become a worldwide movement—reminding us that behind every achievement, every opportunity, and every dream fulfilled, there are people who opened doors, offered encouragement, shared knowledge, or simply believed in someone.

Is this a Haitian cultural movement?+
No. It's not a Haitian movement, an American movement, or a movement belonging to any single nation or culture. It begins as one person saying thank you — to Haiti, to America, and to every place that welcomed him along the way. See the Founding Principle for the full statement.
Is it political or religious?+
No. International Week of Gratitude is intentionally non-political, non-partisan, and non-religious in its governance. It's open to all nationalities, cultures, faiths, and backgrounds.
Is a city on this page confirmed as a host?+
Not unless it's marked "Confirmed Host." Every other status — Proposed, Invited, In Discussion, Provisional — means exactly that: a location we're exploring, not a signed agreement.
What is the White Guitar?+
The White Guitar is the emotional symbol of the founder's story — bought at about eighteen with a dream of forming a band, sold years later, and now returning as the centerpiece of the closing concert in every host city.
Can my city apply to host a future edition?+
Yes — see "Host a Gratitude Week." Mayor's offices, tourism boards, chambers of commerce, universities, museums, hotel associations, and local producers can all start an application.
How are sponsors and partners involved?+
Through the Partners & Sponsors program. No sponsor logo or partner name is shown publicly until a signed agreement is in place.
Can I donate or invest?+
Community support and partnership inquiries are welcome through Contact. Any future investment opportunity would be offered only through appropriate legal documentation and in compliance with applicable securities laws — nothing on this site is an offer to sell or a solicitation to purchase any security.
