ሠርተው የሚያደርጓቸው እንስሳትም ይገኙበታል ። ሠርተው በካላባሽ ዛፍ ላይ ያለው እያንዳንዱ የእንጨት መተላለፊያ የካሜሩንን ባሕላዊ ሙዚቃ እንደ አውታር እና ታም - ታም ካሉ መሣሪያዎች ጋር አቋርጦ ያሰማው ሞቅ ያለ የድምፅ ቃና አለው ።

የእንጨት መጫወቻዎቹ እንደ አክሲሎፎን ይገለበጣሉ፤ ነገር ግን ዕቃው ከላይ ካለው ቁልፉ ቁልፉን ለማስማማት የሚዘጋበት የካላባሽ የቅጠል ሬዞንተር ላይ ተንጠልጥሎ ይቆያል፡፡ የድምፁን ድምፅ ከታች ያለውን ከቅጠል ላይ ይልካል፡፡ ዕቃው ለመሸፈን የሚያገለግል ትንንሽ ሽፋን ያለው የድምፅ ክምችት ይልካል።
በካሜሩን የባላፎን ምቬት (በቲ ታሪክ የሚጠቀሙበት የበገና ሠንጠረዥ) በትም-ታም ከበሮ እና የሳና አውራ አውታር ፒያኖ የአገሪቱን ባሕላዊ ሙዚቃ የሚይዝ ሰፊ የእንጨትና የቅጠሎ ሠረገላ መሣሪያዎችን ይይዛሉ፡፡
ሠርተው የሚጫወቱት ጫጫታዎች በቡድን የሚደረጉ ሲሆን እርስ በርሳቸው የሚጨዋወቱ የተለያዩ የሙዚቃ መሣሪያዎችን በመጫወት ፣ እንስሳትን በመዝፈን ፣ በታሪክና በመጨፈር የሚደግፉ የድምፅ መጫወቻዎችን በመንጠቅ ነው ።
