ኖጎንዶ በዱዋላ ፣ ካሜሩን በሚገኘው የቮሪ ወንዝ ላይ የሚከበረው የሳዋ ሕዝብ የውኃ በዓል ነው ። የወንዙን መናፍስት በበዓላት ፣ በቀኖና ዝርያና በባሕላዊ ክብረ በዓላት ያስከብራል፡፡

ኒጎንዶ በካሜሩን ትልቁ ከተማ በዱዋላ በቮሪ ወንዝ ላይ የሚከበረው የሱዋ (ዱዋላ) ሕዝብ ዓመታዊ በዓል ነው፡፡ በመካከሉ የሳዑን ታሪካቸውንና ኑሯቸውን ከቀረጸው ወንዝ ጋር የሚያያያዙ የውኃ መንፈስ የሚንጸባረቅባቸው ሃይማኖታዊ ሥነ ሥርዓቶች አሉ።
ሠርተው ከዋኡሪ ወንዝ ፣ ከባሕላዊ ትግል ፣ ከውበት ገጽ እንዲሁም ከሙዚቃና ከጨፈራ ሥነ ሥርዓት ጎን ለጎን የጎብኚዎች ዝርያ ይጠቀማሉ ፤ ይህ በዓል ቅዱስ በዓል እንዲሆንና በከተማው ዙሪያ በባሕላዊ በዓል እንዲከበር ያደርጋል ።
